QuizTime is an online learning system consisting of highly relevant and practical content delivered one question a day, one concept at a time, using a web-app quizzing platform. Questions are delivered once per weekday at a time and with a delivery method you select — by text or email. When you respond, you will immediately receive feedback, including the correct answer and a concise rationale with links to supporting resources. If you answer correctly, you will receive credit for the question once you acknowledge that you read the rationale. If you answer incorrectly, you will immediately be offered one more opportunity to answer. Each question remains “live” for 48 hours, but if you are unable to get to a question during that 48- hour period, it will be presented to you at the end of the quiz.


Sometimes our emails are considered as junk by some mail providers. If you don’t see our emails in your Inbox, then please be sure to look for them in any spam or junk mail folders you have as well as any quarantine software that you may be using. If you still do not receive your questions, please email support@quiztimehealth.com with your email address used to enroll in the course.


There is no way to pause delivery of questions for vacations or any other reason. Each question will have an expiration date of 48 hours after it has been sent to you . Some courses will automatically provide a "last chance" to answer any questions that you were not able to attempt. If that option is enabled, then after you've received all the questions in the course you will be re-sent any questions that you were not able to attempt with a final 48 hour window to attempt those questions.

    Ensure that you have a CloudCME account with your correct mobile number. Note: This step is NOT required if you already have an account at https://vumc.cloud-cme.com that includes your mobile number. If you have previously obtained credit under your mobile number for another QuizTime course, then you may skip this step.

    Credits
    Upon course completion, you will receive a unique code to claim your credits. Text your unique code to 855-776-6263 within 14 days.

    Follow or skip the additional steps depending on your particular profession:
    Nurse: Please complete the course evaluation on CloudCME.
    Pharmacist: Please complete the survey from the end of course email.
    CRNA: Please complete the survey from the end of course survey.

    Certificate
    Once the above steps are completed, you will be able to see the course on your transcript and download a certificate from https://vumc.cloud-cme.com


CE certificates are provided by our CME system at https://vumc.cloud-cme.com, and instructions for claiming your credit/certificate will be emailed to you once your course is complete.


You can download your transcript from the learner dashboard at https://catalog.quiztimehealth.com/dashboard.


Due to the fact that your QuizTime username is your email address, you will need to create a new account to update your email address. You can do this before enrolling in your next course instead of logging in as you have done in the past. Once you have created a new account, please email our support inbox at support@quiztimehealth.com and we can merge your accounts so your transcript will show all your past QuizTime activity under your new account.


In order to un-enroll from a course, please log into https://catalog.quiztimehealth.com/ and visit your learner dashboard. Find the course that you no longer want to be enrolled in and select “view details”. Once here, you will see the “unenroll” button- click this and the unenrollment will be processed.


Each question you are sent will have a URL that is unique to you and will take you directly to your question without any need to log in. If you have been enrolled into a course by a course administrator and you did not already have an account with QuizTime then the system will automatically create an account for you. However, the password to that account will not be sent to you since it is a security risk to include a password in email, so you will need to reset your password in order to establish a password for logging in. Please review your enrollment details when you log in to be sure the information is correct and you receive the correct type of CE credit.
