Upon quiz completion, you will receive a unique code to claim your credits. Text your unique code to 855-776-6263 within 14 days.

Follow or skip the additional steps depending on your particular profession:
Nurse: Please complete the quiz evaluation on CloudCME.
Pharmacist: Please complete the survey from the end of quiz email.
CRNA: Please complete the survey from the end of quiz email.

Once the above steps are completed, you will be able to see the quiz on your transcript and download a certificate from https://vumc.cloud-cme.com
